CAIRO – Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit arrived in Dubai to attend the World Government Summit (WGS) and a number of its events held due on March 28-30, the AL General Secretariat announced on Monday.
Abul Gheit will inaugurate, later today, the first-ever Middle East and North Africa Regional Climate Week which aims at providing a regional platform for the governments, organisations and all the partners to discuss the climate situation in the Arab region in addition to discovering the best strategies and practices to promote the efforts of facing climate change and boosting the use of the sources available to achieve the targets of development, an official source of the general secretariat said.
Abul Gheit will later participate in the inauguration of the 4th International Forum for Entrepreneurs and Investment which is held under the auspices of the Arab League.
