The Dutch Embassy in Cairo announced on Wednesday that it had reopened to the public and resumed all consular services.
In a statement on its Facebook page, the embassy said it would contact individuals whose appointments had been cancelled or postponed to arrange new deadlines.
It added that it was making every effort to clear the backlog of pending applications.
