Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Co‑operation, and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty travelled to Algeria on Sunday to participate in the ministerial meeting of the trilateral neighbouring countries mechanism on Libya.
The meeting comes within the framework of continued regional consultations on developments in Libya and efforts to support security, stability and the political process in the country.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Abdelatty is also scheduled to hold a number of bilateral meetings with senior Algerian officials to discuss issues of mutual interest and ways to strengthen co‑operation between the two countries.
