CAIRO, Oct. 18,1973 — Picture taken at Heliopolis Hospital yesterday shows Mrs. Jehan Sadat, wife of the President, presenting a copy of the Koran to one of the war wounded. Accompanied by Dr. Aisha Rateb, Minister of Social Affairs, Mrs. Sadat greeted the wounded on behalf of the President and distributed to them copies of the Koran and the Bible.
