Qualified companies are invited to submit their offers based on the following:
1. Vehicle SpecificationsBrand/Model: Toyota Hilux (2026) – Brand-New
Transmission/Drivetrain: Automatic / 4×4 with transfer case & low-range gearbox
Capacity/A/C: Double Cab (4 Passengers + Driver) / Fully Air-ConditionedMileage: Unlimited
2. Rental & Service TermsInsurance: Comprehensive insurance included (borne by the rental company).
Maintenance: Repairs, maintenance, and tire replacements borne by Egypt TEDA.
All other costs borne by the rental company.
Replacement: Equivalent replacement vehicle must be provided within 24 hours of a breakdown.
Delivery: Within 3 days of contract award to the TEDA Investment Service Center Building.
