As Egypt is seeking to boost international promotion of its real estate and development projects as part of efforts to attract more foreign investors and strengthen the sector’s global competitiveness.
Housing Minister Randa El-Menshawy and GTO Global President Mohamed Zazaa discussed on Sundayopportunities for joint co-operation in marketing Egypt’s real estate and development projects.
The talks focused on leveraging GTO’s international marketing expertise to reach a wider range of investors and clients, particularly in foreign markets.
El-Menshawy stressed Egypt’s commitment to maximising investment opportunities in new cities and highlighting their urban, tourism and service advantages, particularly New Alamein and the New Administrative Capital.
She underscored the importance of co-operation with international institutions to broaden the sector’s global outreach and enhance the competitiveness of Egypt’s real estate market both regionally and internationally.
The meeting reviewed available projects and investment opportunities and discussed mechanisms for developing modern marketing strategies using international channels to highlight Egypt’s competitive advantages.
Zazaa expressed GTO’s interest in supporting Egypt’s efforts to promote its real estate sector, attract new investors and enter new markets, helping strengthen the country’s position as a regional hub for property investment.
