KIEV – A UN human rights monitoring team has confirmed 376 civilian casualties in Ukraine, after clashes with Russian troops, a UN report showed on Monday.
It said the fighting had triggered “severe humanitarian consequences” and that casualties could be considerably higher, Sky News said.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said 16 children were killed and 45 others injured over the past four days.
