Served as the official carrier of the 52nd African Insurance organisation (AIO) and its General Assembly, EgyptAir has hosted the conference after more than 13 years under the theme “Insurance: An Enabler of Economic Growth.”
The event brought together representatives of regulatory authorities, insurance federations, insurance and reinsurance companies, and brokerage firms from 57 African countries.

EgyptAir was keen on providing its services to conference participants travelling to Cairo through its international network. The airline offered a range of travel facilities and services, while its dedicated team assisted guests with their travel requirements, responded to enquiries, handled booking amendments and introduced the latest offers and services available.
EgyptAir pavilion, organised on the sidelines of the conference, has witnessed a huge turnout, with participants praising their travel experience with the national carrier.
They also voiced their appreciation for the commemorative gifts inspired by ancient Egyptian civilisation.
The conference concluded with Egypt being elected to chair the AIO for the 2026/2027 term, reflecting the country’s leading position at both regional and continental levels.
