Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah el Din Moustafa asserted the ministry’s commitment to cooperation and integration with various global companies to localize the latest manufacturing technologies within the military production companies.

This falls within the ministry’s strategy which focuses on optimally utilizing its available assets and resources to ensure the continuous update and development plans in the military production sector are executed perfectly.

This statement came during the signing ceremony of a joint cooperation contract with a foreign company in the field of military manufacturing which took place at the ministry’s pavilion during the Egypt Defense Expo (EDEX 2025).

The minister asserted that the primary mission of the Ministry of Military Production is to meet the demands of the Armed Forces and the Police for various weapons, ammunition, equipment and advanced electronic systems.

The ministry is keen on achieving self-sufficiency from the products of its various companies and establishing cooperative partnerships with different local and international entities to export some of these products, he said.

He indicated that this signing is part of the ministry’s efforts to exchange expertise and technical information in the field of military manufacturing through integration with various global companies, in light of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi which represent a roadmap supporting the role of the ministry in national industry.

Meanwhile, the representatives of the foreign company praised the distinguished manufacturing, technological, technical and human capabilities available in the Military Production companies.

They also commended the remarkable development witnessed in Egypt’s military industries, affirming that the EDEX 2025 exhibition reflects the stature and weight of the Egyptian state and its ability to organize major international exhibitions with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
