Burundi appreciates Egypt’s hosting of COP27

This came during his meeting with Egyptian Ambassador to Burundi Yasser el-Attawi, the Foreign Ministry said on its official social media pages on Wednesday.

During the meeting, they discussed means of boosting relations especially in the agriculture, environment and irrigation fields.

Rurema asserted that Egypt is capable of organizing such an important event. He also appreciated Egypt’s keenness on the interests of the African states and people in all fields especially the environment.
