The Ebny Real Estate Company succeeded during the year 2021 to achieve sales volume that exceeded one billion Egyptian pounds, through a set of new projects scattered throughout the state, a senior company official said.
Dr Abdullah Kamel, CEO of Ebny Real Estate Company and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce, added that the projects implemented during the year 2021 included in the foremost Green Avenue, West Way Mall in New Sohag, New Way Mall in New Cairo and the Gesr Suez Ajaweed Complex project.
With an implementation rate nearing 95% in the company’s projects, the company focuses on adhering to the highest international quality and safety standards, CEO Kamel said.
He added that LE700 millions investments have been pumped into a package of company’s future projects in line with the state policy pursued for sustainable development for the country in general and Upper Egypt region in particular.
‘In these projects, the company purses an approach that is considered unique and helps produce a real estate component characterized by beauty and quality, as it is the distinguishing feature of all the company’s projects, especially these in Upper Egypt cities,’ CEO Kamel said.
The monitoring of the relationship between society and the residential environment is one of the traits that the company is tracking; hence its benefit as the material and moral content for meeting the needs of the family, with which a socially-sustainable residential environment is achieved to contribute to creating a better life and social future for modern residence, Dr Abdullah said.
He stressed that the development and political stability that the country is witnessing contributed to creating an investment climate that encourages all national and foreign capital to establish safe investments.
