Driven by a solid expansion strategy and a proven track record, BUILDEX Developments has unveiled its latest project, Eden Park, located in the Green Belt of 6th of October City, west Cairo, with projected sales surpassing LE600m.

The launch underscores the company’s strength and forward-looking vision in Egypt’s real estate market.

Mohamed Khaled AboulQassem, Chairman of BUILDEX Developments, stated that the company has over 10 years of expertise in real estate development across west Cairo, during which it successfully delivered a number of landmark projects on schedule.

He noted that this legacy of trust and reliability continues to fuel the company’s ambitious growth plans.

He disclosed that the company’s new project, Eden Park, will be a valuable addition to its distinguished portfolio, meeting the aspirations of its clients while further diversifying its investment base. The project will also strengthen BUILDEX Developments’ presence in west Cairo, highlighting its ability to seize promising investment opportunities and deliver innovative real estate products aligned with market needs and the state’s urban expansion strategy.

AboulQassem explained that the project is a residential development stretching over 21,000 sqm in the heart of the Green Belt area — a prime location close to Dahshur Link and Juhayna Square. The area is characterized by its upscale community of villas, in addition to its comprehensive infrastructure and services in west Cairo, ensuring residents are at the center of educational, healthcare, and leisure facilities, while enjoying direct connectivity to major roads and key hubs.

He highlighted the importance of the project’s strategic location in enhancing its investment value, as the company has successfully selected a vibrant site just two minutes away from Dahshur Link. This makes Eden Park easily accessible from across Greater Cairo. He further noted that the project is exclusively dedicated to villas.

He announced a partnership with Be architects as the project’s engineering consultant, alongside Buzz Integration, which will oversee marketing campaigns. This collaboration reflects the company’s strategy of engaging seasoned and highly qualified partners whose expertise adds value and strengthens the project’s competitive advantages.

Mahmoud Amir, Chief Commercial Officer at BUILDEX Developments, stated that the new project reflects the company’s commitment to delivering distinctive and innovative developments to its clients.

Amir said that the project is expected to be a true addition to real estate market in west Cairo, particularly given its strategic location, modern design, diverse spaces, and flexible payment plans that meet the aspirations of its target customers.

He also pointed out that the project’s unique nature, being exclusively dedicated to villas, gives it a distinct character of privacy and luxury, making it one of the few projects capable of catering to a premium clientele seeking stability and quality living in west Cairo.

He added that the company was keen to offer flexible payment plans starting from 0% down payment and extending up to 10 years, catering to a wide segment of clients seeking both premium housing and secure investment opportunities.

He emphasized that the project reflects BUILDEX’s vision of combining sound planning, timely execution, and delivering added investment value to its clients.

“The project is scheduled for delivery within three years, with the company aiming to complete and hand over ahead of schedule — reaffirming its unwavering commitment to clients and its dedication to making strong track records and punctuality a cornerstone of all its projects,” Amir said.

He also unveiled the key features of the company’s expansion plan, which includes launching new projects in the Green Belt and Green Revolution areas in the near future, particularly as the company owns a diverse land portfolio in these locations that it plans to develop in line with the highest standards of quality.
