CAIRO – President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent Wednesday a cable of greetings to Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Deby on the occasion of Chad National Day.
President Sisi delegated Presidential Secretary Abdel Aziz el-Sherif to the Chadian embassy in Cairo to offer greetings on the occasion.
