Egypt TEDA SEZone Development Company is currently conducting a quotation-based procurement for the “Renovation Project of Egypt TEDA International Reception Hall”. Suppliers with construction capabilities and the required qualifications are welcome to apply for participation. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Project Overview

2. Project Location: Investment Service Center, The Third Sector, North-West Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, Ain Sokhna, Suez
3. Procurement Method: Quotation-based procurement

II. Quotation Requirements

• Project Budget: USD 120,000
• The supplier’s quotation shall not exceedthe project budget.

III. Time and Location for Legal Registration and Qualification

1. Registration Period: From August8, 2025 to August 13, 2025 (08:30–17:30)
2. Registration Address: Investment Service Center, The Third Sector, North-West Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, Ain Sokhna, Suez

IV. Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Suppliers must be legally registered enterprises with independent legal person status, and must submit valid commercial registration certificates and tax cards when bidding.
2. Suppliers participating in this procurement must assign a competentproject management and technical team, and provide resumes and qualification documents of key personnel.

V. Submission of Quotation Documents

1. Quotation documents must be delivered to the designated locationbefore the submission deadline. Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Mailed submissions will not be accepted for this procurement.
3. Deadline for submission of quotation documents: 10:00 a.m., August 14, 2025

VI. Selection Principle

This project will adopt the lowest-price method. On the condition that all qualification requirements, technical specifications, and after-sales services are met, the supplier with the lowest one-time quotationwill be selected.
In the event of two or more suppliers submitting identical lowest valid quotations, the selected supplier will be determined by drawing lots.
