EgyptAir and “TRU”, the promising platform for flexible installment solutions, announced the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at enabling the purchase of domestic and international travel tickets through diverse and user-friendly installment plans.

The partnership is a significant step towards supporting the digital transition in the travel sector, expanding the base of beneficiaries of aviation services by facilitating travel costs through simple and flexible payment methods.

Pilot Mohamed Alyan, Chairman of EgyptAir Airlines, highlighted that “the company is always keen on developing its services, particularly in light of the global digital transformation witnessed in the civil aviation sector”.

Pilot Alyan added that the partnership with TRU paves the way for developing innovative applications aimed at facilitating the travel experience.

The agreement was signed by Amr Adawy, Head of the Commercial Affairs Sector at EgyptAir Airlines and Ahmed Essam Saudi, CEO of TRU.

Adawy stressed EgyptAir’s ongoing commitment to providing a modern travel experience by adopting the latest digital solutions, noting that the partnership with TRU marks an important step towards enhancing the financial services offered to customers.

For his part, Saudi said: “We are pleased with this strategic partnership with EgyptAir. We have several ideas and initiatives that we look forward to implementing through this project to ensure a unique and seamless experience for our customers.”

It is worth mentioning that the activation of this partnership will take place in two phases. The first phase will be implemented through EgyptAir’s call centre to ensure proper service testing and to provide customers with the best possible experience. The second phase will involve activating the online booking service via the company’s official website.
