SUEZ, Egypt – Ein Al Sokhna area, south of Suez city, came under a dust storm affecting visibility in industrial areas and projects being carried out in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
The wind hit open areas causing sands to move, a matter that affected traffic movement on the Sokhna-Qattamia-Zaafarana Road.
The wind affected water level in the Gulf of Suez causing waves to reach between two and three meters. However, the navigation movement was not affected by the bad weather.
