Egypt condoled with government and people of Canada over the death of a number of people in a car-ramming attack in Vancouver.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Monday expressed Egypt’s solidarity with Canada in that difficult situation, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded.
Some 11 people were killed and many others were injured after a car plowed into a Filipino heritage festival in the city of Vancouver.
