Rafah border crossing received 36 injured Palestinians, and 41 escorts, coming from the Gaza Strip to receive treatment at Egyptian hospitals, according to an official source from the Rafah border terminal.

With the arrival of the 38th batch of injured Palestinians, Egypt has so far received a total of 1,500 injured and sick Palestinians since the onset of Israel’s genocidal aggression on Gaza, the same source noted in a statement.

Meanwhile, hundreds of trucks are waiting in front of the border terminal after the Israeli occupation authorities shut down the Kerem Shalom (Karm Abu Salem) and Nitzana (Al-Awja) crossings southeast of the war-battered Palestinian enclave.
