EgyptAir has signed a contract with PMI FLIGHT to activate the Access of Using NDC API-OUT technology, aiming to enhance cooperation between the two parties in developing and improving distribution methods for flight bookings.
The PMI Search Engine System is a versatile platform for booking systems, supporting flights, hotels, and alternative products. It offers B2C, B2B, B2B2C, and XML (NDC) services, along with financial transaction management, inventory control, sales and operational oversight, technical support, role distribution, RMS, and more. The system also handles news circulation, electronic applications, and flight modifications or cancellations.
Signing the deal is part of EgyptAir’s ongoing development strategy, which prioritizes the development of various sales channels, including the new NDC distribution channels (EGYPTAIR Retailing System – ERS).
The contract signing ceremony was attended from EgyptAir’s side by Head of the Commercial Sector Amr Adawi and Mohamed el Fouly, Project Manager for the new NDC distribution channels at the national air carrier. On the side of PMI FLIGHT, the senior attendees included CEO ElCheikh Mohamed Ghouzayel.
For his part, the head of EgyptAir commercial sector confirmed that signing this contract is an important step toward benefiting from EGYPTAIR NDC, saying “we look forward to achieving more successes and positive results that will benefit both parties.”
In the same context, Ghouzayel welcomed the cooperation with EgyptAir, one of the most prestigious companies in the region, and emphasized the importance of exerting more effort and working hard to ensure the success of the agreement and increase EgyptAir’s sales.
