Egypt’s Border Guard Forces have thwarted attempts to smuggle quantities of drugs, arms and ammunition.
This comes in implementation of directives from the Armed Forces General Command to intensify security operations across all strategic directions.
A report on the botched drug-trafficking operation and the confiscated substances was referred to the relevant authorities for taking necessary legal procedures.
