Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigration Badr Abdelatty asserted on Wednesday Egypt’s support to the security and stability in Iraq.
He lauded the tangible development in Egyptian-Iraqi relations in recent years.
This came during Abdelatty’s meeting with Head of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement Ammar el Hakim.
Abdelatty said that Egypt is following up the joint cooperation programs with Iraq to boost the different aspects of bilateral relations to contribute to upgrading relations for the interest of both peoples.
The meeting also tackled means to promote cooperation between Egypt, Iraq and Jordan.
Both sides discussed the latest developments in Gaza.
