Sisi, Sánchez attend signing of agreements, MoUs 1 - Egyptian Gazette

MADRID – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez attended on Wednesday the signing of a number of agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two countries.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Badr Abdelatty signed for Egypt while Spain’s Minister of Inclusion Elma Saiz signed a memo of understanding on emigration.

Egyptian Minister of investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El Khatib and Spanish Minister of Economy and Trade Carlos Cuerpo signed a memo of understanding on economic and trade cooperation.

Minister Abdelatty and Spanish Minister of Industry and Tourism Jordi Hereu Boher signed a memo in the fields of tourism and antiquities.

Egyptian Minister of Transport Kamel el Wazir and Óscar Puente Santiago, Spanish Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility signed a memo in the field of infrastructure and transport.

Minister Abdelatty and Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares signed a joint declaration for promoting peace, stability and sustainable development in Africa.
