Misr Italia Properties, a top-tier Egyptian real estate developer, has kicked off 2025 with notable successes. The company reported EGP 4 billion in gross contracted sales for January, reflecting a 200% year-over-year growth and demonstrating client trust in its developments, now home to over 12,000 families.

El-Assal noted that January’s sales significantly contribute to first-quarter targets, with projections to surpass 2024 figures through project expansions and new ventures. The company’s versatile portfolio, spanning residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality segments in East Cairo, the North Coast, and Ain Sokhna, bolsters its market position.
In 2025, Misr Italia Properties will invest EGP 11 billion to drive its expansion, ensuring timely project completions and enhanced community living with top-tier amenities. Cairo Business Park will host 23 global retail outlets, such as “Pier 88,” “Brunch & Cake,” and “LA7,” positioning it as East Cairo’s innovation and cultural hub.
The final phase of Cairo Business Park introduces 40 flexible office spaces ranging from 55 to 300+ square meters, meeting East Cairo’s rising demand for administrative spaces, with deliveries expected in 2027.
Partnering with RiseUp, Misr Italia hosted Egypt’s inaugural AI summit, “AI Unleashed,” paving the way for the first PropTech Innovation Hub and Accelerator in Egypt and the Middle East, along with an annual PropTech Summit at Cairo Business Park.
Misr Italia Properties’ sustainability initiatives earned the Schneider Electric Sustainability Award for 2024, underscoring its dedication to eco-friendly developments and renewable energy adoption.
