RAMALLAH – Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli police, broke into Al Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem on Sunday.
In groups, settlers entered the holy site and conducted provocative tours throughout the compound, performing Talmudic rituals.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces beefed up their presence at Aqsa gates and imposed restrictions on entry of worshippers.
