WASHINGTON – Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Kristalina Georgieva said the fund remains committed to supporting Egypt in going ahead with its economic policies.
On X account on Saturday, Georgieva said that we will remain committed to our obligation to offer the support to Egypt to help the country carry out its reform agenda and economic policies.
She had met with Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el Saeed, Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait and Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Hassan Abdullah and Egyptian Ambassador to US Moataz Zahran.
