CAIRO – The dollar exchange rate was stable at the start of Monday’s transactions at Egypt’s major banks.
At the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr, the dollar rate registered EGP 47.20 for buying and EGP 47.30 for selling.
At the Commercial International Bank (CIB), the dollar exchange rate stood at EGP 47.15 for buying and 47.25 for selling.
At the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), the average dollar rate registered EGP 47.16 for buying and EGP 47.26 for selling.
The euro price registered EGP 50.82 for buying and EGP 51.10 for selling at the NBE.
At Banque Misr, the euro price recorded EGP 50.83 for buying and EGP 51.07 for selling.
At the CIB, the euro price recorded EGP 50.77 for buying and EGP 51.06 for selling.
The pound sterling at the NBE registered EGP 59.52 for buying and EGP 59.81 for selling.
At Banque Misr, the pound sterling recorded EGP 59.55 for buying and EGP 59.80 for selling.
At the CIB, the pound sterling recorded EGP 59.46 for buying and EGP 59.74 for selling.
At the CBE, the pound sterling exchange rate amounted to EGP 59.53 for buying and EGP 59.67 for selling.
The Saudi riyal price stood at EGP 12.58 for buying and EGP 12.61 for selling at the NBE.
