NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, Egypt– President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted on Saturday that Egypt will overcome any difficult crisis, problems or circumstances as long as Egyptians are united.

In his speech during extending his Christmas greetings at the Nativity of Christ Cathedral in the New Administrative Capital, the president hoped that Egypt will get over the current crises and witness a happy new year.

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi added that the whole world had witnessed several crises since 2020, hoping that 2024 will be a happy year for everyone.

He added that the most affecting crisis right now is what is happening in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, noting that Egypt adopts a “respectable” stance concerning this crisis as Egypt aims at reaching ceasefire and entering aid to alleviate the suffering of Gaza residents then working on reaching a radical solution to the Palestinian cause.

He also hailed Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St Mark and all Egyptian Christians, stressing that any difficult crisis, problems or circumstances will end as long as Egyptians are united.
