Interior ministry facilitates measures for citizens to receive police services

The Egyptian General Directorate of Passports, Immigration and Nationality at the Ministry of Interior continued efforts to facilitate measures for citizens wishing to obtain police services and documents, especially the elderly and people with special needs.

The directorate monitored humanitarian cases among citizens visiting all the departments of the authority, to provide all the necessary facilities for their access to various police services.

Various passport departments nationwide received a number of sick and humanitarian cases at the headquarters of the departments, and their procedures were taken.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed the continuation of taking all measures that would provide citizens with facilitation when they visit all police sites, as one of the fundamental constants on which the contemporary security system is based.
