Egypt’s Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport has successfully passed the review of certification body SGS for its environmental management system (ISO 14001:2015) and occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001:2018).
The achievement comes in line with the directives of Egypt’s Minister of Civil Aviation, Major General Mohamed Abbas Helmy, to apply the highest quality standards in airport management.
It is worth noting that Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport received high praise from the certification body for its continuous development and the clear efforts made by the airport’s management and staff to maintain compliance with global standards.
