The EgyptAir Training Academy, headed by pilot Ihab Eltahawy, renewed cooperation with the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority to train pilots, cabin crew, engineers and air transporters of Libyan Airlines.

The Academy received a delegation from the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority to review the latest training programmes and flight simulators to train pilots at the Academy, which represent Airbus A320, A320neo, A220/300, A330/ A340, and Boeing B737-800, B777 models, as well as flight simulation equipment for air hospitality training.

The training of crews of pilots and Libyan air hospitality on the Airbus A320-A330 representative flight equipment has already begun, consolidating the bonds of cooperation between the two esteemed companies.

On the other hand, the EgyptAir Training Academy announced a set of discounts on all its various training services, amounting to 10 per cent on ground training courses and 30 percent on flight hours on representative flight equipment of Airbus A320neo, A220-300, A330, A340 and Boeing B737-800 models.

This is as part of the academy’s community participation in light of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the aviation industry.
