PARIS – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has received a phone call from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson who was keen to brief President Sisi on the latest developments as regards ongoing negotiations held within the framework of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow.
The British prime minister also informed Sisi about his country’s view on how to ensure that the conference would come up with successful results in light of coordination between Egypt and the UK on climate issues, according to Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady.
