CAIRO – Egyptian Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation El-Sayed el-Quseir lauded Wednesday the distinguished ties binding Egypt and Jordan, along with both countries political leadership directives to further bolster bilateral co-operation.
During a meeting Wednesday with Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture Secretary General Mohamed Eissa al-Haiari and his accompanying delegation – on the sidelines of a meeting of a regional committee on environment systems for pastoral development – the minister posted participants on the current momentum leap in the agriculture field in Egypt.
Facilitating exchange of agriculture products, along with removing all obstacles to impeding agriculture trade also figured high during the talks.
Matrouh Governor Khaled Shaib and Regional Director of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Hany el-Shaer took part in the meeting, among others.
