Military firms present at Agri Business Fair

The National Authority for Military Production will participate in the Agri-Business Exhibition on August 17-19 at the International Fairgrounds in Salah Salem.

Products by the Helwan Diesel Engines Company (Factory 909) and Helwan Machinery and Equipment (Factory 999 Military) will be on show during the exhibition, said ministerial spokesman Mohamed Eid Bakr.

This participation comes in response to directives from Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah El-Din Mustafa to be present at all regional and global exhibitions.

Bakr said that the Agri-Business Exhibition is the first Egyptian fair for agriculture, irrigation and solar energy.
Military production companies will showcase their latest products in irrigation and farming, Bakr added.

The companies affiliated to the ministry manufacture products for civilian use and take advantage of surplus production at competitive prices.
