CAIRO – UNICEF Deputy Executive Director Ted Chaiban asserted that the Gaza Strip is now among the most violent places as the Israeli war on Gaza resulted in the death of about 25,000 people, 70 percent of them are children and women.
In statements to Al-Qahera News, he noted that Gaza now is the most dangerous place in the world for children.
He added according to MENA that the UNICEF is now focusing on providing water and food for children in Gaza as well as protecting and helping them to grow and survive.
He stressed the importance of halting the continuous violations practiced against Gaza children.
