Orange, the fastest network in Egypt, announced its participation at the 25th Cairo ICT 2021, the most important telecommunication event in the Middle East and Africa, which is held under the slogan “The Digital Challenge” from November 7th until the 10th at Egypt International Exhibition Centre.
During the Exhibition, Orange showcases its latest advanced technologies and smart and digital solutions to meet service providers’ various needs across different sectors while supporting the state’s digital transformation strategy towards Egypt’s Vision for 2030.
Orange Egypt’s pavilion includes a variety of digital solutions and technologies in the fields of cybersecurity, control centre management; data centres in addition to specialised solutions to provide more advanced smart services across vital sectors for citizens, such as smart transportation, digital education and green energy. Orange also unveils its initiatives launched within the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility through which the company supports talented, creative and innovative people in the digital transformation field in Egypt.
Moreover, Orange is highlighting the company’s advanced technologies in designing, building, managing and operating strategic digital projects, such as data management centres and network security centres for smart cities; like that it is handling for the Administrative Capital for Urban Development.
As for its Corporate Social Responsibility representation inside ICT, Orange highlights its latest initiatives that is launched to support innovation and entrepreneurships by reflecting the strategic alliance on Digital Education and Training that is being implemented in partnership with GIZ Egypt, on behalf of the German Development Co-operation “Orange Digital Centre”which aims to provide digital training and consultations for Egyptian youth to improve and boost their digital skills and enable them to be ready for the work life aspects. The centre will include a software support department as well as a digital manufacturing lab and a business accelerator section that is designated for start-ups to best support the digital and technological needs of youth and entrepreneurs.
