The Top Employers Institute has officially released its regional Top Employers 2023 list and we are proud to announce that Huawei is one of them. Certified as a continental Top Employer 2023 in Africa, Huawei has also earned the title at country level in 10 countries, namely Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Ethiopia, Mali, Cameroon, and Côte d’Ivoire,
Every year, the Top Employers Institute certifies companies that have demonstrated their commitment to providing the best possible workplace for their employees through innovative, people-focused HR practices.
The Top Employers Institute certification is based on participation and results in the HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six major HR categories, split into 20 themes such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and skills development, well-being at work, diversity and inclusion.
