CAIRO – Two Egyptian Gymnasts Zeina Ibrahim and Mandy Mahgoub pushed their way into the finals of the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup, which runs from June 3 to 7 at the Indoor Halls Complex of Cairo International Stadium.
Zina Ibrahim qualified after coming second on parallel bars, while Mandy Mahgoub secured the third place in women’s floor exercise to reach the Gymnastics World Cup finals.
Around 300 players from 16 world countries are taking part in the competition, which is held for the first time in Africa.
The medical bubble system is applied at the tournament to protect the participating delegations against coronavirus
