CAIRO – Egypt’s Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi congratulated the national athletic team on winning 20 different medals at the ongoing 4th African U-18 Championships and the 15th African U20 championships in Lusaka, Zambia.
In a statement, the minister applauded the outstanding achievements of Egyptian athletes at global events, urging them to keep adding new achievements to their country’s record.
The Egyptian athletes won six gold, ten silver, and four bronze at the championships, which kicked off on Saturday, and wrapped up on Wednesday.
