The Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation is holding its general assembly on February 13, headed by Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Manar and in the presence of the company’s chairman Mohamed Said Mahrous.
During its session, the General Assembly approves the results of its budget work for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
The company also approves the appointment of a part-time chairman of the board of directors, as well as the appointment of a Managing Member to manage the company’s activity in accordance with Law 185 after amending Law 203.
The association is also scheduled to witness the approval of the payment of 7 months for all employees of the holding company and its subsidiaries, provided that 5 months are paid to workers and two months to the Civil Aviation Support and Development Fund.
