A high-level committee, led by Deputy Minister of Civil Aviation Montaser Manna, conducted an inspection tour at Alamein and Marsa Matrouh International Airports. The tour involved representatives from various relevant authorities.
The visit was part of the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s preparations for the upcoming Egypt International Aviation and Space Exhibition, scheduled to take place in early September in New Alamein City.
At Alamein International Airport, the delegation, welcomed by Airport Director Pilot Sherif Abdel Nasser, reviewed the airport’s readiness to host the exhibition’s guests, with a focus on evaluating security and health measures. The inspection also covered passenger movement in departure and arrival halls, security operations, and the services provided in all facilities.
The tour continued at Marsa Matrouh International Airport, where the delegation was received by Airport Director, Pilot Mahmoud Qarmad. The team inspected the departure and arrival halls, monitored passenger procedures, and reviewed operations at passport control, duty-free areas, and baggage claim to ensure smooth processes and high service standards for travelers.
