EgyptAir has announced the launch of a new service that allows passengers to track their baggage automatically on both EgyptAir flights and connecting flights with Star Alliance members.
The national carrier introduced this feature as part of its efforts to enhance the travel experience for its customers. The service, which can be accessed through the EgyptAir mobile app available on Android and iOS, provides real-time updates on the status of passengers’ luggage. By entering their name, booking reference, or ticket number, and enabling notifications, travelers will receive automatic alerts on the location and status of their baggage throughout their journey.
EgyptAir is actively working on upgrading its technological services to improve the travel experience for its customers, particularly within the framework of the Star Alliance network.
