The Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority organised the activities of a training course entitled “Negotiation Skills” for workers in the field of air transport.
A number of representatives of air transport departments of civil aviation authorities in a number of Arab countries including Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Bahrain and Morocco participated in the course, in addition to representatives of the Egyptian aviation authority.
In his speech during the training course, Ashraf Noir, head of the Civil Aviation Authority, affirmed the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s interest in enhancing co-operation in various fields of air transport between Egypt and the Arab brothers.
The head of the Civil Aviation Authority indicated that the course comes as part of the ministry’s keenness on continuous coordination with the Arab Air Carriers Organisation, exchanging experiences and raising the efficiency and capabilities of civil aviation workers, wishing the learners to achieve the maximum possible benefit.
The training course aims to develop negotiation skills among workers in the field of air transport, especially during bilateral talks between countries in the field of aviation, and to provide trainees with negotiating skills, refine their abilities, how to apply international rules and recommendations in this field, and the necessary skills for negotiators.
The course activities also witnessed practical training on how to manage negotiations in field of air transport.
