EgyptAir is the official carrier of the members of the renowned duo 2Cellos, which will present a concert tomorrow in Red Sea resort Soma Bay, Hurghada.
EgyptAir will carry the band members early today on board flight No MS011 of a Boeing B737-800NG aircraft to Hurghada. Upon finishing the concert, the band will be flown directly to Dubai on board flight No MS3930.
On the other hand, a number of EgyptAir clients have won tickets to attend the concert in the competition announced on the company’s official page, out of its sponsorship of the event.
The band’s concert at Soma Bay is part of their Farewell Tour which, as the name indicates, will be the final appearance of the decade-old famed duo in Egypt.
From Egypt, the duo will travel to Dubai (UAE) where they will give a concert on November 19. The final concerts will then take place in multiple cities in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. The Farewell Tour will end in Auckland on 4 December.
The duo consists of world-admired classically trained cellists, Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser. In the tour they will be accompanied by drummer Dusan Kranjc.
