EL DABAA – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Monday emphasised the importance of the private sector’s role in development.
The private sector is very important in light of its advanced performance rates and efficiency in management, the president added.
Sisi made the remarks during the opening ceremony of the first phase of the harvest season of the “Egypt’s Future” project for sustainable development, which is located along the new axis of Rod El Farag – Dabaa road.
The State plays an important role in development; as it addresses the challenges facing development projects, the president said.
The State has faced many challenges, including how to optimally use and control water so that it would not be used unjustly, and in order to provide the best service in the agriculture field, he added.
Sisi noted that water is not easily made available, stressing in this regard that it is necessary to take advantage of every drop of water, develop agricultural and irrigation systems, and use appropriate seeds.
