Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday inspected the expansion and development works at the urea and ammonium nitrate plant (KIMA 2) in Aswan governorate.
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, a number of ministers and top state officials accompanied the president during the tour.
KIMA 2 plan is one of the mega industrial facilities in Upper Egypt and its production capacity hits 1,200 tonnes daily. The cost of rehabilitation works exceeded LE11.6 billion.
