DUBAI – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Monday delivered the Award for Best Governmental Applications to winners on the fringe of the World Governments Summit 2023, currently in session here.
Earlier in the day, Sisi arrived in Dubai to take part in the WGS which runs for three days with the participation of a large number of major billionaire corporates specialized in technological applications, artificial intelligence, e-commerce and sustainable management of resources.
