CAIRO – Organisers of the World Youth Forum (WYF) announced Wednesday that registration for the fourth edition of the event would be extended until the end of the week.
The WYF is set to take place in the Egyptian Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh on January 10-13 under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The registration should have concluded today after it was open for one whole month, but, according to the organisers, the process was extended due to high turnout and give more youth the chance to attend.
The organisers urged people wishing to attend the fourth edition of the WYF to please register their names on the official website: www.wyfegypt.com.
The WYF is an international NGO founded in 2017 and is based in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. It is a platform built by promising youth and it sends a message of peace, prosperity, harmony, and progress to the entire world. It engages youth from around the globe in an enriching set-up, allowing them to exchange views and recommend initiatives to decision-makers and influential figures.
ًWYF registrations are open to all youth of all nations between the ages 18–40 years old. Youth that are influential in their communities and areas of studies are also encouraged to apply as speakers as well. People can attend WYF as an attendee, a speaker, a model participant, a workshop participant or a world youth theatre participant.
