President Sisi greets Egyptians, Muslim nation on new Hijri year

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday greeted the Egyptian people and the Muslim world on the new Hijri year.

In a post on his social media account, the president wrote: “I greet the Egyptian people and Muslim nation on the occasion of the new Hijri year, praying that it will be a year full of prosperity and progress.”

He also wished that “Peace, security and stability would prevail across our beloved Egypt.. Happy new year.”
