CAIRO – The Egyptian political leadership pays great attention to the issues of persons with special needs and ensuring their rights, Minister of Social Solidarity Nivine El Kabbag told a preparatory meeting Saturday.
The minister was chairing a meeting to review preparation for the “Mobaderron” conference, scheduled to be held Tuesday, under the auspices of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, in partnership with representatives from the private sector, banking sector and NGOs specialized in the affairs of persons with special needs.
Persons with special needs top the priorities of the Social Solidarity Ministry that develops programs aiming to invest in their capabilities and ensure their right to participate in all aspects of community life and nation-building, Kabbag said.
