Egyptian Education Minister Tarek Shawki said that the new school nutrition meals are “free for the students and reflect the state’s interest in the health and safety of its children.”
Documents leaked about the cost of meals are not for publication and they just reflect the cost that the state will bear, he said on his Facebook page.
“But, the students will not bear the costs,” he stressed.
